MPower Industries Acquires All Service Air Conditioning and Heating

SCHERTZ, TX – MPower Industries, LLC (“Company”, “MPower Industries”) is pleased to announce that the Company has finalized an agreement to purchase the operating assets of All Service Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc.

Following the acquisition, the operating assets will reside within a new legal entity: MPower One, LLC. Operations will continue under the trade name “All Service Air Conditioning and Heating.”

Over the last 41 years, All Service Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc has been the premier choice for all things HVAC in the San Antonio Metropolitan Area. The business’ trained and certified technicians provide HVAC service, installation, and maintenance to a variety of residential and commercial clients in Guadalupe, Comal, Bexar, and Kendall counties.
